You are just and faithful to forgive

Lord, forgive all the thoughts that I have had, all the words that I've spoken, and the things that I have done that have not glorified you and are in direct contradiction with your commandments. I humbly come before you and ask that you clear my heart of every fault I have and I ask that you renew a right spirit within me.
