Lord, help me to offer comfort to the people who cry because they lost a family member so that they may be touched by your perfect love and abundant grace. Fill my heart with joy so that I may remember your victory on the cross over death and the powers of darkness. I place my trust in you, Lord, and I pray for strength in the times of mourning and suffering. The Lord turns my sadness into joy.
