Good spiritual shape

To stay in good physical shape requires discipline and effort, in the same way, the good spiritual shape requires time, effort, and practice. To dedicate time to it means giving up certain activities that take up too much and establishing priorities but it is really worth it, good spiritual shape helps us resist temptations and to live with the Lord.
