All those who were witnesses to Jesus' life recognized that he was not a man like any other, also, if they killed Him, it was specifically because his teachings, His authority, and His miracles questioned everyone. However, many had not realized that Jesus was a prophet, the one that had been announced in the Old Testament. Jesus is not exactly a prophet like the rest, many witnesses saw Him resurrected, and even though millions of men and women claim that He lives with them, of course He died, Him, the only just one for us the unjust. But God, who had sent Him with this end, accepted His sacrifice as a means to reconcile Him with us.
