Start the day by thanking and praising the Lord. Make a small effort then breathe deeply, thank the lord for whatever the situation ma be since it will allow others who did not know the power of our beloved Father to know it through you. When you find yourself in times of anguish because of suffering caused by disease that afflicts a loved one, hold on to our Lord and pray with more strength and determination. Do not let the situation overwhelm you or invade you with anguish and pain.
