Charity suffereth long, and is kind; charity envieth not; charity vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up,Doth not behave itself unseemly, seeketh not her own, is not easily provoked, thinketh no evil;Rejoiceth not in iniquity, but rejoiceth in the truth;

Love rejoices in truth

Our words reflect our thoughts and our thoughts turn towards what interest us and what worries us. Sometimes we find certain satisfaction in criticizing or complaining about someone and we can be sure it is not love that encourages us to act like that. Love always rejoices in truth, never on what is false, it is necessary to find what is good and insist on what is good. Loving a brother leads to taking the position of truth and good, the more we love a person the more we desire they be released from wrong, because wrong always enslaves.
