In our culture, happiness and success often are linked to material things, but for God happiness is something else entirely. A true christian is aware of their poverty, before God, he knows how to accept his faults, and seeks what is just in the eyes of God. A person like that, before Jesus Christ, forms part of the happiest people on earth, because their intermal happiness does not depend on their external circumstance.
